Summer 2026 Kombucha Lineup

Summer Fun

Summer is back, and we’re absolutely here for it, as we’re ready to roll out our summer 2026 kombucha lineup. Spring came as quickly as it entered (for us anyway), with a few very warm days and many days of beautiful blooms of foliage. The Brimfield, Barre, and Market on Exchange Street (Worcester) have kept the season busy for us. With some gorgeous sunny weather, we’ve networked with some awesome local small businesses, and met some amazing customers along the way. We said goodbye to our Winter flavors, ones that included the ever-so-popular Strawberry Rhubarb, Blackberry Lavender, Maple, and Hibiscus Grape.

This season, we’re bringing back a couple popular flavors from our first year in business, and coming out with a very unique and different third flavor we’ve never brewed before. So without further ado, lets introduce these summer flavors.

Blueberry Lemon

Our first ever flavor we introduced at the Brimfield Farmers Market, Blueberry Lemon proved to be our most popular flavor of kombucha. We start with our base kombucha recipe and add organic blueberry and organic lemon juices to our second ferment to bring about a fruity booch.

No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, Blueberry Lemon is naturally a pretty dark blue in color; did we mention it tastes great? For the label design, we decided to shift away from something minimalist and give it a bit more flare and color, with blueberries and lemons decorating the bottle. As a summer 2026 kombucha lineup flavor, we’re sure it will be everyone’s favorite sipping ice cold in the Summer heat.

Cardamom Pear

Another wonderful flavor from our first year at the farmers markets, Cardamom Pear is a delightful combination of organic pear juice and organic cardamom seeds we place into our second fermentation. It tastes citrusy and warm, with just the right amount of spice balanced with sweetness.

All organic ingredients, Cardamom Pear is a fine addition to our summer 2026 kombucha lineup. With the label design, again, we decided to add some real nice graphics of pears and cardamom seeds to freshen up the look of the bottle. This flavor deserves a place next to the rest, and is mighty refreshing.

Jun

The most ambitious flavor we’ve come out with yet, and its not even kombucha. That’s right. For the first time ever, we’re introducing a new (and yet similar) kind of beverage; we call it, Jun tea. It uses a scoby similar to kombucha, however not compatible to be used in brewing both. Jun tea is made by fermenting green tea with raw honey, unlike kombucha, which is typically brewed using black, oolong, or Pu-erh and cane sugar. Jun is also brewed for 5-7 days rather than 7-14 like kombucha.

How would we describe Jun compared to kombucha? While kombucha tends to have an earthy, sometimes more tart and acidic taste, with acetic acid being the main postbiotic (similar to probiotic), Jun is often lighter, subtly-sweet and has a smoother finish, with its main postbiotic being lactic acid. Its unlike anything you’ve ever drank before (Ryan chuckled writing this, but he’s serious; it is unique and delicious).

We flavor our kombucha, however Jun needs no flavor to stand tall on its own. To us, its the ultimate next-level taste compared to those honey-sweetened green tea big-name brands you find at the supermarket, and we hope you’ll come by the farmers market to try some.

What Comes Next

Three new flavors to come to the market. A total of six or more flavors in our summer 2026 kombucha lineup. We’re incredibly excited to share them with you! Coming up, while we’re still a part of Brimfield, Barre, Exchange St, we’ll also be joining the Sturbridge and West Brookfield Farmers Markets. Be sure to check out our current events here, and remember you can always preorder bottles online to pick up at these markets!
