Unlike our typical kombucha, which is brewed using black tea and cane sugar, this Kombucha is made using a SCOBY that has been conditioned to utilize honey for energy instead of cane sugar and uses a green tea base instead of black tea.

Our raw artisan kombucha is a fermented product. Because of this, it is a bit different than standard store-bought kombucha. Our non-carbonated product is closer in flavor to a homemade kombucha or a wine. While fermented products have many health benefits, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and individuals with compromised immune systems should exercise caution as raw kombucha may contain a small amount of naturally occurring alcohol.
