Like the winter frost, this refreshing herbal minty ‘buch is brewed with organic spearmint, organic rosemary, and organic sage. Merry Mint-mas is a trio of herbs mixed together for a well-crafted winter drink!
Our mint kombucha starts as a sweet tea brewed with organic black tea. After adding the symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY), the starter tea is left alone so the fermentation process can convert the tea to kombucha.
After about a week, the fermented tea is strained and our organic flavorings are added. Our Pumpkin Kombucha is flavored using organic pumpkin puree, ginger, and clove. This spiced kombucha pairs well with just about any meal and is a great way to get your daily intake of fermented foods associated with good gut health.
Our raw artisan kombucha is a fermented product. Because of this, it is a bit different than standard store-bought kombucha. Our non-carbonated product is closer in flavor to a homemade kombucha or a wine. While fermented products have many health benefits, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children and individuals with compromised immune systems should exercise caution as raw kombucha may contain a small amount of naturally occurring alcohol.
